Three Steps to Activate Your eSIM â Connect in 30 Seconds
Choose your destination and plan, pay online, then check your email
After purchase, you'll receive an email with the activation QR code
Open your phone settings, scan the QR code to complete activation
For iOS 16 and above
Find and open the Settings app on your iPhone home screen.
Tap Cellular (or Mobile Data), then tap Add eSIM.
Use your iPhone camera to scan the QR code from your email. Ensure good lighting and the QR code is fully visible in the viewfinder.
Tap Continue to confirm adding the cellular plan. Label your eSIM (e.g. "Travel" or "GlobalESIM") for easy management.
Once at your destination, enable Data Roaming for this eSIM in Cellular settings to connect to the local network.
For Samsung, Google Pixel, and other mainstream Android phones
Go to phone Settings, then find Connections or Network & Internet.
Tap SIM Card Manager or SIM Card, then select Add eSIM or Add Mobile Plan.
Use your camera to scan the QR code from your email, or choose Manual Entry to paste the activation code.
Wait a few seconds for the eSIM configuration to download. Confirm and set it as primary or secondary data SIM.
Once at your destination, enable data roaming for this eSIM in SIM settings to start using it.
We recommend activating before departure or upon arrival. Plan validity starts from the activation date.
You need Wi-Fi or cellular data to download the eSIM profile. Activate over Wi-Fi before departure for the best experience.
eSIM and physical SIM can work simultaneously. Keep your original number for SMS and phone calls.
After arriving, remember to switch data to the newly activated eSIM to avoid roaming charges on your original SIM.
